    • 2020 Formula 1 Australian, Bahrain, and Vietnam Grand Prixs cancelled - Whole season in jeopardy?

The coronavirus claims another victim in the sporting world. Not a person but event as pretty much every sporting gathering imaginable is being cancelled. The writing was on the wall when McLaren pulled out but it took Formula 1 some time to decide to cancel the season opener.

Is the entire season in jeopardy? Formula 1 just cancelled Bahrain and Vietnam statin the season will start in May but that seems to be wishful thinking.

      It is not looking good...

“The article explains how Hamilton with be the assumed winner and will accrue the points for these races. Also Ferrari will be penalized and will have negative points and will have to start from the back of the grid for the remainder of the season. Hamilton will also receive Ferrari’s points.”

Best comment I’ve seen. Formula 1 in a nutshell.

I agree it's not exciting knowing who will win in advance but it's a massive sport around the globe. Pretty sure it qualifies as Motorsport news.
